Washing impure clothes with pure clothes
Question
Assalamu alaikum,
Is it allowed to wash/soak najis cloths along with paak cloths? not in a washing machine, but with hands only
Answer
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Dear Brother,
If paak clothes are merely soaked with napaak clothes, but the clothes are washed separately, then the washed clothes will be paak.

لُفَّ طَاهِرٌ فِي نَجِسٍ مُبْتَلٍّ بِمَاءٍ إنْ بِحَيْثُ لَوْ عُصِرَ قَطَرَ تَنَجَّسَ وَإِلَّا لَا
وَلَوْ لُفَّ فِي مُبْتَلٍّ بِنَحْوِ بَوْلٍ، إنْ ظَهَرَ نَدَاوَتُهُ أَوْ أَثَرُهُ تَنَجَّسَ وَإِلَّا لَا
