The rulings are not ours

Every ruling is the work of the scholars who issued it and remains the copyright of Askimam.org, republished here with their permission. Quoting a ruling means quoting them: attribute it to Askimam.org and link to the source, which every record carries.

Accounts

An account exists only to keep your own bookmarks, notes, collections and saved searches. Do not share an account, and tell us if you believe somebody else is using yours. Notes and collections are private; we do not read them, and administrators of this site can see that you have thirty bookmarks without seeing what they are.

An account may be suspended for automated scraping that degrades the service for other readers, or for using the reporting form to send abuse. Neither is common and neither is handled automatically.

Availability

This is a small project run by a charitable institute. The archive is served as it is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability, and it may be taken down or changed. If Askimam.org withdraws permission, this site will stop publishing the rulings in full.

Reporting a problem

If a ruling is displayed incorrectly, is attributed to the wrong scholar, or should not be here at all, use the report link under any ruling. Corrections are made against the source, not by editing an answer to taste.
