When a child is born, in which ear do you do the Iqamat and which ear the Adhaan.?Also which dua is to be recited at time of labour

1. The Adhaan should be given in the right ear of the new born and Iqaamat in the left ear. (Shaami vol.1 pg.385; HM Saeed)

2. The Aayat ?Thummas sabeela yassarah? could be read in labour.
