During Salaat do we need to recite whole surahs?

Question

Assalamu Alaikum, During Salaat, when we have recited Surah-Al-Fatihah, do we then need to recite a whole other surah, or can we read a certain part of a surah? Salaam

Answer

It is not necessary to perform an entire Surah in Salaat after reciting Surah Faatiha.
