for a wet dream when does it come faradh do have a ghusl. even if the underwear is a bit wet, is it still fardh to do ghusl?

Answer

A nocturnal emission (wet dream) is when semen is ejaculated during sleep. As soon as the semen is ejaculated, Ghusl becomes Fardh on the individual irrespective of quantity. The ideal thing will be to hasten in Ghusl as soon as one awakens.
