What should I do if a clear substance comes after ghusl?
Question
What should I do after having a wet dream? I take a shower but after the ghusl I notice that a clear sticky fluid still flows out…… Do I have to retake ghusl for that?
Answer
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Prior to taking ghusl, if you walked a considerable amount, slept or urinated then you would not have to repeat the ghusl.
However, if none of this was done prior to taking a ghusl, then the fluid flowing after the ghusl would nullify it, necessitating a repeat of the ghusl.[1]
