Is it permissible to consume steak that has traces of blood on it?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. 

As-salāmu 'alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

If the animal was slaughtered according to the Shariah laws of Dhabh (slaughter) and the meat (steak) was cooked, the meat will be Halal. The traces of blood is not blood.[1]
