Waqf Guidelines
Question
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
I Hope and make dua that Mufti Sahib D.B is in the best of health. May Allah Ta'ala accept your khidmaat of Deen. Ameen
I was requesting if the Darul Ifta could kindly assist with an Islamic Waqf deed in pdf format. If not possible, then a humble request for certain Shar'ee guidlines on how to create an Islamic Waqf whereby the Waaqif wants to put certain Islamic organisations including himself and certain members of his family as beneficiaries of the waqf.
