How do i determine if my bedsheets & blanket is impure after needing to take a Ghusl?

I have question regarding wet dream. I had wet dream and I woke up immediately. The room was dark and before getting up from bed, i checked with my hand on my pajama from outside, but didnt feel any wetness. When in restroom i see some wetnees in my underwear.
I went took ghusal and wore new clothes. I now doubt if my blankets and bed sheet are dirty. I could noe check by "seeing stains". Just used my hand to sense wetness, which i could not found.
Do i need to clean the blankets or bed sheets?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
If you are certain that the najāsat (pre-ejaculation or sperm) has soiled the bedsheet/blanket irrespective of whether or not you saw or sensed the impurity, the bedsheet/blanket will be regarded as impure. However, by sleeping on a bedsheet that is impure (najis), your cloths will not become impure unless the colour or smell of the najāsat becomes apparent on your clothes.
If you are certain the impurity did not reach the bedsheets and blanket, it will be regarded as pure. However, it is best to be cautious and wash/change the bedsheet and blanket.[1]

كما لو سال في باطن عين أو جرح أو ذكر ولم يخرج، وكدمع وعرق إلا عرق مدمن الخمر فناقض على ما سيذكره المصنف، ولنا فيه كلام (و) خروج غير نجس مثل (ريح أو دودة أو حصاة من دبر لا) خروج ذلك من جرح، ولا خروج (ريح من قبل) غير مفضاة،

ودی اور مذی سے طہارۃ صرف پانی کے ذریعہ حاصل ہوسکتی ہے البتہ منی کے طریقہ طہارت میں یہ بھی ہے کہ خشک ہونے پر گڑنے سے بھی کپڑا پاک ہو سکتا ہے بشرطیکہ منی رقیق نہ ہو ورنہ پانی سے دہونا ضروری ہے
