Question

If husband make intercourse with his wife now wife need Ghusl Janaabat (Ghusl after intercourse) but soon after intercourse her menses start. Now she has to make Ghusl Janaabat or she can take combined Ghusl mean Ghusl Janaabat and Ghusl after menses period end.

Answer

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

In principle, ghusl is not obligatory on her until she is required to perform an act of worship which requires cleanliness (tahārah), such as prayer.  Since her menses started right after the marital relations and she will not be able to perform prayers until the end of her menses, it is permissible for her to delay her ghusl from the marital relations and combine it with her ghusl for the end her menses.  However, it is mustahabb for her to take a bath after intercourse.
