Do I have to offer Qasr Salah or full four Rakat of Zuhr?
Question
I settled over here in England UK in Bolton, Lancashire. I intend to travel 77 km or more I have to offer my Johr Salah Qasr. If I started journey to London and somehow I have stop in Manchester which is out of my own town Bolton's boundry. So here in Manchester do I have to offer Qasr Salah or full four Rakat ofJohr.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
In principle, a person will perform qasr salaah once he leaves the boundaries of his city[1] and intends to travel for 78 kilometres[2] or more.
Accordingly, you will perform Qasr Salaah in Manchester.
