Can one take items left near a bin or outside someone`s house?
Question
A Salam o alikum are you allowed to take items near a bin or near someone's house in the front of their house because most of the time it's in good condition and it's useable condition
Answer
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, The Most Merciful.
As-salaamu `alaykum wa-ramatullahi wa-barakatuh.
If it is generally understood that the owner does not want those items and he would not mind anyone taking those items, then it is permissible to take such items.[1]
And Allah Ta`ala Knows Best.
