Please advise on children’s names

Among the names mentioned below please advise a good name with their meaning or otherwise please suggest me some good names of sahaba, tabaeen etc. which i would like to keep for my newly born baby.

1. Mohammed Wasil Taher

2. Mohammed Zoyeb Taher

3. Mohammed Faizan Taher

4. Mohammed Affan Taher
