Do the washing machines that we have at our houses make our clothes paak. since I have some problems which make my clothes dirty frequently it gets hard for me to wash my clothes three times each

Question

Do the washing machines that we have at our houses make our clothes paak. since I have some problems which make my clothes dirty frequently it gets hard for me to wash my clothes three times each. The machines go through 3 cycles and rinse the clothes after each cycle. (the dirt that gets on my clothes do to some problmes that I have are mani,madhi and urine)

The clothes washed in a domestic washing machine becomes pure and clean.
