Please could you tell me if the six days of fasting in shawal, is to be done on the first six days after eid or any days of shawal.

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

The six days of fasting in Shawwal may be kept anytime in Shawwal.
