if it is allowed in islam that one can take another marriage in the presence of all four alive wifes.

According to Shari?ah, a male may have four wives only simultaneously. Obviously, with the conditions stipulated in Shari?ah, in particular, equality to all the wives. In the presence of wives, one cannot take the fifth wife.

The marriage to the fifth wife will be invalid.
