regarding younger brother who is disabled physically.Can you guide me as to what our responsibilities towards him and what we need to do for regarding his Islamic duties

As a brother, your responsibility is to look after his physical and spiritual needs. It is your responsibility to educate him of his Shar?ee obligations that specifically refer to the disabled.

In order for you to know this, we suggest you consult a local Aalim (learned person) nearby who may assist you in this regard.
