Is treatment of premature ejaulation permitted before marriage

Question

I am soon to be married but have problem that I ejaculate with slightest stimulus,ie, whenever aroused I ejaculate in seconds. My doctor describes a technique to desensitize myself while masturbating. Is this permissible? What if my wife wants to divorce me because of this problem?

Answer

It is compulsory for one having premarital ejaculation to treat himself from that before marriage and during marriage. That weakness will lead to depriving one?s wife of her rights.
