My father in law told me that in sharyat it's not right that I can go out with my wife alone after Nikah. After rukhsati it's OK, but not after nikah. Is he right?

Your father-in-law is incorrect.
Once Nikah has been made, she is your wife. The two of you may go out alone. It is not necessary to wait for the official Rukhsati.
