Please tell me during Ramadaan if the following is allowed: visit the gyneacologist for a sona scan?2) Am I allowed to keep my fast and go for a blood test?

Answer

1. Kindly explain to us the procedure of a sona scan.

2. A blood test does not invalidate fast.

#17095Is it permissible to give blood sample for analysis during fasting by a syringe, also there is a test in which a pin is pricked on the finger tip and 1 or 2 drops of blood comes out which is then taken for analysis. please specify are these both blood tests allowed during fasting?
