Is Australian / New Zealand lamb halaal?

Answer

If it is slaughtered according to Islamic rites, it will be Halaal.

However, we have no information on which particular abattoir and
slaughterers you are referring to. Until you are not sure of the meat being
Halaal, abstain from such meat.
