Is pakistani government could be called islamic?

Question

could we call the government of pakistan islamic as they help the Americans?

Answer

The Pakistani government is definitely not Islamic. It could be referred to
as a Muslim country.

Besides aiding the Kuffaar in their war against Islam, the Pakistani
government has instituted laws that are in direct conflict with the clear
cut text of the Qur'aan, e.g. legalizing of interest, etc.
