Is artificial silk permissible to wear?

Question

I am aware of the ruling for men concerning the wearing of pure silk garments, however, what is the case of clothes that have been made using artificial silk?

Answer

It is permissible but undesirable for males to wear artificial silk.

If we are wearing salwar which has a long piece of extra cloth which perfectly covers the bosom, should we still wear the head scarf in a way that covers the bosom. Wouldnt the long piece of clothe draped over the bosom serve the purpose ?
