q-3639 - Will it be ok for me to share the apartment with 4 people on terms negotiated with the manager verbally which is not in the acutal(written) lease agreement

I have talked with the apartment manager (not the owner), he says its ok to share with 4 people if they donot stay there permamanently (live for a month or two and leave) , but he also says that the owner of the apartment has this rule of not allowing more than 3 people to stay in a 1 bedroom . Will it be ok for me to share the apartment with 4 people on terms negotiated with the manager verbally which is not in the acutal(written) lease agreement . JazakAllah Khair
