To what extent it is obligatory on a Muslim to endeavour to establsh an Islamic govt in his own country? ?

Answer

Every Muslim in a non-Muslim state is duty bound to adhere to the laws of Shari?ah and propagate it to the best of his ability. An Islamic government cannot be established without Muslims being steadfast in their Deen.
