Is it allowed with wife during meses.

Assalam-O-Alaikum. A man cannot do intercourse with his wife in menses. However, he is allowed to get pleasure from the body of his wife except the prohibited area in menses. If in this case he arouses so much and wants to ejaculate his sperm to get relief than if he does not use the prohibited area in menses i.e. from belly up to knee and if he uses the following ways with his wife to ejaculate the sperm. Are these ways legal? (1) By rubbing his private part with wife legs (Below the knee). (2) By rubbing his private part between the breasts of his wife. (3) By giving his private part in his wife hand for masturbation. JazakAllah.
