It is OK to work in I.T. department of a bank?

Question

If I have a job in Information Technology Department (computer related work, hardware and software, inter branch connectivity of branches) of a bank then is that Salary Halal ? Although this work helps in promoting bank business.

Answer

The salary for working in the IT department of the Bank will be Halaal.
