Order of prayers just before sunset

Question

If a person has to perform Zohr and Asr salaat, and there are about 10-15 minutes left before sunset, should one first perform the kazaa of Zohr, then fard of Asr, or Asr only, then Zohr kazaa after Maghrib?

Answer

The time before sunset is Makrooh time. It is not permissible to perform
Dhuhr Qadhaa at that time. The Fardh of Asr Salaat only should be performed
at that time.
