Any reference for 70000 veils Hadith?

Hereunder is the Hadith in reference,

قال موسى عليه السلام يا رب أكرمتني بالتكليم فهل أعطيت أحداً مثل ذلك فأوحى الله تعالى يا موسى إن لي عباداً أخرجهم في آخر الزمان وأكرمهم

بشهر رمضان فأكون أقرب لأحدهم منك لأنك كلمتني وبيني وبينك سبعون ألف حجاب فإذا صامت أمة محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم حتى ابيضت شفاههم واصفرت ألوانهم أرفع الحجب بيني وبينهم وقت إفطارهم يا موسى طوبى لمن عطش كبده وأجاع بطنه في رمضان، وقال كعب الأحبار أوحى الله إلى موسى أني كتبت على نفسي أن لا أرد دعوة صائم رمضان

Translation: Once Moosa (Alayhis Salaam) asked Allah Ta'ala: O Allah! You have granted me the honour and privilege of talking to you directly, Have you given this privilege to any other person? Allah Ta'ala replied, O Moosa (Alayhis Salaam) during the last period I am going to send an ummah, and I will honour them with the month of Ramadhan. They will be much closer to me than you O Moosa (Alayhis Salaam)! While you speak to me there are 70000 veils between you and me but at the time of Iftaar there will not be a single veil between me and the fasting servant. When the Ummah of Mohammad (Sallalahu Alayhi Wasallam) fast until their livers dry and the stomach suffers from the pangs of hunger, until their lips become white in colour (dry), and they become pale. O Moosa (Alayhis Salaam)! Glad tidings to he who’s liver becomes dry and who’s stomach suffers from the pangs of hunger during the month of Ramadhan. Ka’ab Al Ahbar states, Allah revealed to Moosa (Alayhis Salaam) that I (Allah) have taken upon myself the responsibility that at the time of iftaar I will never refuse the dua of a fasting person. (Nuzhatul Majalis, 165/1) 

No such narration can be located within the major books of Hadith. This narration has been located in a book called Nuzhatul Majalis, the author of which is Abdur-Rahman As-Safoori (894AH). This book is amongst the famous books compiled for the purpose of mentioning unique incidents and narrations to soften the heart (Raqaiq). The author has attempted to compile all the valuable gems he has come across from numerous books of Tafseer and others, however he did not restrict himself to only mentioning that which is established in Shariah. 

Furthermore, the aforementioned narration has not been narrated with any Sanad and therefore cannot be authenticated. This seems to be from the historical narrations (Israeeli Riwayaat) which may be quoted only if it doesn’t contradict our Shari’ah. This report seems to contradict our belief that no non-prophet can equal the rank of the Ambiya (Alayhimus Salaam) and therefore, should not be circulated.

Nevertheless, other more reliable narrations also suggest that the fasting persons dua’s are accepted. Consider the following narration:

ثلاثة لا ترد دعوتهم: الصائم حتى يفطر، والإمام العادل، ودعوة المظلوم يرفعها الله فوق الغمام ويفتح لها أبواب السماء ويقول الرب: وعزتي لأنصرنك ولو بعد حين

Translation: There are three whose supplication is not rejected: The fasting person until he breaks his fast, the just leader, and the supplication of the oppressed; Allah raises it above the clouds and opens the gates of heaven for it. And the Lord says: ‘By My might, I shall surely aid you, even if it is after a while’. (Sunan al-Tirmidhī, 3598)
