Is it permissible to shop on Black Friday?

Slms how are u I wanted to ask a question
Is it permissible to shop on Black Friday? I heard that it is the way of the non muslims so it will not be permissible to shop on the black Friday day? But no one thinks of it as a religious day and just sees it as a day where they have massive sales so will it still be prohibited?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Black Friday does not have any religious or cultural connotations. It happens to fall on the day after Thanksgiving but has no affiliation to it. It is simply a commercial related enterprise.
Therefore, it is permissible to purchase items on sale on Black Friday.
