Is it permissible to rent your property to a Cold Storage business that deals in Haraam?

In order for us to advise, answer the following:

1)     Is the owner of the cold storage business Muslim or non-Muslim?

2)     If the owner is a Muslim, what will he be using the cold storage for? Will it be only for the Haram mutton and chicken? Does he have other source of Halal income?
