Is the charpai bed/manji a Sunnah ?

Asalamu alaykum
I was reading a book called shamil kubra. And in there i came across the description of the bed of nabi (saw). From the description i have tried pictuering this bed. From what i have understood this is a very similar bed to what is used in india and Pakistan. The bed in those countries is called charpia or manji. So my question is can we say charpia/manji is sunnah?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
The hadith which mentions the bedding of Nabī Sallallāhu ‘Alayhi Wasallam is as follows:
حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ قَالَ: "دَخَلْتُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ عَلَى سَرِيرٍ مَرْمُولٍ بِشَرِيطٍ، تَحْتَ رَأْسِهِ وِسَادَةٌ مِنْ أَدَمٍ حَشْوُهَا لِيفٌ، مَا بَيْنَ جِلْدِهِ وَبَيْنَ السَّرِيرِ ثَوْبٌ، الخ...."(الأدب المفرد, مسند أحمد, مسند ابي يعلى)[1]
Anas ibn Malik said, "I came to the Prophet, mayAllah bless him and grant him peace, while he was on a bed woven with straw. He had a pillow under his head made of skin stuffed with fibre. There was a cloth between his skin and the seat." (Al Adabul mufrad, Musnad Ahmed, Musnad Abu Ya’lā)
It is understood from the above that the bedding of Nabī Sallallāhu ‘Alayhi Wasallam was simple. The charpai/manji is close to the Sunnah bed of Nabī Sallallāhu ‘Alayhi Wasallam.
