Is there a Shari’ah compliant housing company in Canada?

Assalamoalaikum
I have been living in Canada (newfoundland) since 2005. I want to buy a modest house and looking for advice on proper Shariah Compliant housing company in Canada that offers house sales through strictly Islamic Shariah compliant solutions. Kindly advise.

Brother in Islam,
It is pleasing to note your zeal and concern for purchasing a house in accordance to Shari’ah. This indeed is a sign of your Allāh consciousness.
To date, there is no Shari’ah compliant house financing scheme in Canada. Therefore, we advise you to remain in a rented house until alternatives can be found.
