Qasr Salaah

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

In principle, a person will perform qasr salaah once he leaves the boundaries of his city^[1] and intends to travel for 78 kilometres^[2] or more.

If your final destination is 70 kilometres, you will not be a musaafir. When you stop after 13 kilometres to perform salaah, you will have to perform full salaah.
