Is it compulsory to follow my intention?

Assalamu Alaikum

I have made nikah of widow and I have one son named abdur Rashid

I made myself niyath in my heart, if I got one more son his name will be Abdullah.

Is it compulsory to follow the niyyath

Kindly advise....

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

It is not compulsory to follow your niyyat.
