What happens to the jinn companion after a human being passes away?
Question
When a Son of Adam (human) is born he is assigned a companion from amongst the angels and a companion from amongst the Jinn. What happens to the companion from amongst the Jinn when a Son of Adam passes away (dies).
It is a fact that when a human passes away that soul can not enter this world except if they make it to Illyin and ask Allah (swt) for a request to meet their loved ones which if accepted happens via dreams. So my question is those humans who are murdered or commit sucide in hotels and after their death the paranomral activities that become rampant in that very place are they the doing of the jinn companion that was assigned to that person.

As-salaamu `alaykum wa-ramatullahi wa-barakatuh.
You enquire what happens to the jinn companion when a human being passes away. You also enquire about some activities of jinns after a person commits suicide.
We do not know the answers to these questions. Furthermore, it is not necessary to know answers to these questions and neither will one be questioned by Allah about these issues on the day of Qiyamah.
Enquire about practical issues of Deen and things that are necessary for us to know and practise in Deen.
