Asalaamu'alaykum Mufti saheb, I know Masturbation is Haraam, but its not Haraam to touch the Privates to clean or to squeeze it after urinating, I want to know where the boundary between the two is

I like using soap to clean my private parts, but that gives errection and sometimes even causes ejaculation....what should be done, am I allowed to do it quickly and finish before complete errection? sorry about the vulgarity... Thank you

Answer

If there is a possibility that using soap on the private parts will lead to
erection, then it is Haraam (strictly prohibited) to use soap in that area.
