Article by Hazrat Mufti Taqi Saheb Hafidhahullah
Question
I came across the an article, which states that it is a traslation of an article of Mufti Taqi Usmani. I wanted to read it, but first would like to verify whether the artcle is actually written by the respected Mufti.
Could you please clarify?

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
We have perused the article in reference. Our analysis is that it is an academic review involving many complex issues which is not meant for non-scholars. Hence, it is better to avoid it.
