Whilst Performing salaah if one can still fell wadi soiling the clothing, is salaah in order?
Answer
If one is certain of the emission of Wadi, then his Wudhu has terminated. He
must take a wash and reperform his Wudhu and Salaat.
If one is doubtful, then his Wudhu and Salaat will be valid. In order to
avoid a baseless doubt, it is advisable to sprinkle water on the underwear
so that the baseless doubt may be attributed to the sprinkled water. This is
an advise given by Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam).
