Is the nikaah of a drunk person valid?
Question
Tomorrow he's getting married tonight he parties and gets drunk
How do the scholars view this will the nikah tomorrow be valid
Answer
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, The Most Merciful.
As-salaamu `alaykum wa-ramatullahi wa-barakatuh.
Who will perform the nikaah of the drunk person and how will it be performed?
And Allah Ta`ala Knows Best.
