Performing salah with impure garments.
Question
Aslamualikum
I Am student aged 26 years i often have wet dreams its difficult for me to wash my blankets all the time
Is it ok if won't wash the blankets and stains on it are dried up can i sleep on those blankets with same dress i even go to namaz is namaz valid
Answer
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
If one sleeps on a blanket that is soiled with semen and the semen had dried up, the clothes of the person will be pure. He can perform Salah with those clothes[i].
However, if the clothes of the person got wet, for example through excessive sweating and that portion of the clothes touched the soiled portion of the blanket then the clothes will become impure. It will not be permissible to perform Salah with such clothing.
