If there was no mahr set on Nika, and husband has never paid any Mahar to his wife. Is this Nikah is valid?

Question

Imam of Turkish Mosque did Nikah. How can it be fix now after seven year of marriage.

Answer

The Nikah will be valid. The Mahr will be a debt on the husband and her. He can pay the Mahr now.
