My friend was Jewish and practicing Islam for 10 years. Must he inform his family about his conversion to Islam?

I JUST WANT TO ASK YOU A QUESTION. MY FRIEND IS JEWISH, HE HAS BEEN PRACTICING ISLAM SINCE 10 YEARS. HE IS VERY SERIOUS ABOUT RELIGIOUS, BUT HE DOESN'T KNOW IF HE MUST TO INFORM HIS FAMILY ABOUT HIS CONVERSION IN ISLAM. MAY BE IT 'S BETTER IF NOBODY KNOW, BECAUSE HE CAN MAKE SADE HIS FAMILY... I'M SORRY I HOPE YOU ANDERSTAND WHAT I'M WRITTING. THANK YOU FOR YOU HELP.

Answer

Since your friend has accepted and practises Islam for the past ten years,
and his conversion will make his family only sad, he should be bold enough
and very wisely pronounce his Islam.
