Is it allowed that one can enlarge her breast using cream or by undergoing surgical procedure also if someone wants to reshape her nose by operation?

Answer

In principle, it is not permissible to alter one's natural self. However, due to circumstances, there may be a leeway for that.

The ruling will be based upon knowing the circumstances.
