In all probability you are referring to conventional home purchase plans/home mortgage. Mortgage/Home purchase plans have been explicitly prohibited in the Qur’an and Shariah.

Nevertheless if you are referring to Shariah Compliant Home Purchase Plans, we cannot issue a ruling unless we analyse the terms and conditions of the underlying contract. While the concept may be correct, the terms and conditions of the underlying contract or even the practical implementation of the concept may be incorrect and impermissible.
