Which names should I choose for my twin sons?
Question
My wife and myself are expecting twin sons and we are considering the following names for them:
- Saaim: Name of a Sahabi who took part in the battle of Badr. [Roza rakhnay wala]
- Arsal: The one who was sent
- Arzan: Worth
- Ashaz: One in a million, name of a sahabi during the time of prophet There is a hadith praising his virtue of patience and obedience to parents
Appreciate if you can advise which name would be better. I have taken the names from a couple internet websites Appreciate if you can help in this regards.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
It is advisable to keep the names the Prophets, Sahaabah and the pious predecessors. Keeping that in mind, we would advise you to keep the names Saaim and Ashaz for your twin sons as they were the names of Sahaabah.
