Did hurmah al-musāharah take place in the following incident?
Question
on a bike when I am with my mother( she is on the back) if I by anyway get aroused due to some other women on the road and as my mother is on my back and some part of her leg will be touching me ( she is wearing hijab too) will hurmat AL musaharah take place

Regard every woman to be like your mother or sister, especially when travelling with your mother.

[1] ابن سماعة في «نوادره» : عن أبي يوسف رحمه الله: رجل نظر إلى فرج ابنته من غير شهوة فتمنى أن تكون له جارية: فوقعت له الشهوة مع وقوع نظره قال: إن كانت الشهوة منه على ابنته حرمت عليه امرأته، وإن كانت الشهوة وقعت على ما تمنى لم تحرم؛ لأن النظر إلى فرج ابنته حينئذ لا يكون عن شهوة.
