1. would like to know whether a Muslim is allowed to listen to Gospels (those songs in christian churches)?
Question
As they sing a lot about Jesus's love? Thank you very much!
Answer
It is Haraam (strictly prohibited) to listen to gospels. As Muslims, we
should restrict ourselves to the guidance of the Qur'aan and Ahaadith of our
beloved Rasul (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam). They contain in them guidance
and directive for every walk of life.
