Masjid Insurance
Question
I have a question regarding Insurance, I am in USA, In 1995 some one burned our Masjid and it is rebuild fom scrath. Masjid was built that include almost half on the money came from Insurance around 300,000 dollars. Do we allow to pray in such a Musjid that bulit from Insurance Money. It is allowed to keep Masjid under Insurance policy.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
We do not know the details of the insurance in reference. Therefore, without commenting on the issue of insurance in reference in any way whatsoever, we simply state that it is permissible to perform Salâh in the enquired place of prayer.
