Is the following institution shariah compliant?

Question

I am planning to study in london, and the way i am going to pay my tuition fees and other expenses over there is that i am keeping my house mortgage, the institution i am keeping my house mortgage claims to be shariah compliant.

i have friends in london they will be able to arrange for a partime job for me through which i would be able to earn enough to pay back the loan and bear my expenses in london.
